Our Story

Vascara Purses was founded in 2022 when e-commerce has been strongly growing on a regional and global scale. With the passion and awareness of this market’s potential and the desire to provide quality products and services to domestic and international customers, we decided to establish Vascara Purses.

Headquartered in Vietnam, we have worked and formed cooperative relationships with factories and companies in China and the U.S to import and store available quality goods and products in Vietnam’s warehouses. Our reliable US partners are Dreamship and Shineon, our Chinese partner is Fujian Zhengyu Cross Border Ecommerce Limited, all are cross-border e-commerce companies specializing in the marketing and producing of high-quality bags, clothing and shoes.

How we work

When receiving a customer’s order, if the product is available at our warehouse in Vietnam, we will process the order and ship it immediately so that the product can be delivered to the client as soon as possible.

If the product is not available at the Vietnam warehouse, we will still process the order and send the order information to the American, Chinese, or Vietnamese partner so that they can process and ship it to the customer as soon as possible.

After shipping the package, we will provide the customer with a tracking number so that the customer can track the transit process and promptly resolve any questions or force majeure issues (if any).

Vascara Purses always closely maintains contact with customers through various channels such as Facebook, email, phone so that customers always have the best support and experience.
